To improve performance of your #dishwasher for (mostly) FREE:

* add detergent to your the pre-wash (even if it means putting it on the door before you close it)

* get hot water out of the sink located next to the dishwasher before you start it to ensure that the pre-wash water is hot.

Also, clean your filters and traps.
